 The SmallClub is a revelation. The clothes were lovingly packed, neatly folded, in perfect condition, and smelled lovely (obviously laundered well). The customer service was shockingly efficient and they went to so much trouble (i left a note saying i preferred recycled packaging) i felt a little embarrased! Thank you so much, Becky and Josh. Keep up the good work. If anybody has any reservations buying 2nd hand, this shop will convince any doubter!

My absolute favourite place for kids clothing. I don’t think we’ve bought anything that doesn’t look like it’s brand new! Having the online shop is so brilliant, everything’s dispatched quickly, fairly priced & arrives clean and tidy ☺️ CAN NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH 🌟💕 

 This was my first time buying directly from The Small Club and I can tell you, it will not be my last!
the clothes are in better condition than I've had from anywhere else selling pre-loved clothing!
there is not a blemish in sight and all the clothes have transfer d signs on that are usually prone to cracking. These have no sign of that! these clothes are as new!
chatting to them via Facebook, they are kind and friendly, speedy and helpful!
I was given clothes from a friend that she bought her daughter from here that were outgrown before she had a chance to wear them and they were in just as good a condition as these!

If you haven't bought from here because you have doubts about pre-loved clothing then banish those doubts and buy today!

 shopped here so many times after being recommended by a friend. the friendly personal customer service. great value for money pre loved clothes with lots of life left in them for my son and a special mention to the bakery selection has been faultless every visit! the care and attention that is put into the running on the shop and cafe has transferred into the online shop with the same level of personal touches added. i recommend the small club to everyone with small a
of their own as what’s not to love!! Keep doing what your doing as your doing a greta job and i love grabbing a bargain 🥰

 I picked a few items from the online Facebook page and was very happy with the customer service provided and happy with delivery .. most of all I was amazed at the clothes I had received they looked brand new couldn't fault them one bit ! when everything is back to normal I'll be sure to visit the shop with little one 😊 thank you so much !! 

 Cannot speak highly enough of The Small Club - we purchased from the shop on several occasions and were always spoilt for choice...I’m a huge fan of the ethos of reducing clothing waste, and anything that cuts the costs of parenting two “into everything” boys is always a winner! The only negatives, were how I’d bemoan not being able to visit very often due to working full time and living in Telford - and the cost of parking in Bridgnorth of course!
I have placed 2 online orders and the service is fabulous - quick, easy and great quality. And I can do it from home, wearing my PJs with a G&T in hand!

 Was always so gutted to see the Facebook posts of all the lovely clothes that I couldn’t get my hands on, because I’m too many miles away...... but now, wahooo! Going online was a brilliant idea, & the website is so user-friendly. The service (as per the lovely people running the service) is impeccable, & I will certainly be ordering again! Thanks, loves!

 Had some fabulous clothes from this fab shop today, great older children's clothes now available. Had an immaculate Ted Baker play suit. Really helpful and great customer service. A little gem in our town x 

Not been lucky enough to visit the shop yet but bought some very beautiful clothes at a bargain price during lockdown. Super speedy postage and excellent quality stuff. The shorts have been a Godsend in this weather! We hope to see you in person and visit really soon!
